The Chapter 31 program helps Veterans with service-connected injuries to prepare for, find, and keep suitable jobs. Veterans receive assistance with job training (i.e. education benefits), and job seeking (i.e. resume development, coaching, etc.) to reach their career goals.

VR&E provides funding for Emerging Technologies Institute’s online education programs, which are available to Veterans anywhere in the US. ETI offers training in business, technology, healthcare, and more - including certification exam preparation (see list of programs below).

Do I qualify?

Servicemembers who have a disability that began or became worse during active duty may qualify for VR&E benefits.
