The above listed school and student enter into an agreement under which the student will pay tuition and fees as indicated below as well as adhere to the school’s rules and regulations as set forth in the school catalog. The school will instruct the student in the curriculum listed below in accordance with Education Law and Commissioner’s Regulations.

For these online training programs, students are required to complete a minimum of 10 hours of training assignments per week.

HOURS OF SCHOOL OPERATION:
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
(Programs start the first Monday of the month)

METHODS OF PAYMENT
UNLESS PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE SCHOOL, ALL TUITION, REGISTRATION AND BOOK FEES FOR EACH TERM ARE DUE AND PAYABLE BY THE FIRST DAY OF ATTENDANCE AT ETI.

ANY STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT IS DUE WILL BE CHARGED A DELINQUENCY FEE OF $50. CONTINUING FAILURE OF A STUDENT TO MEET HIS OR HER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE SCHOOL MAY RESULT IN THE STUDENT'S NOT BEING ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASS.

IN THE EVENT OF RETURNED CHECKS, A FEE OF $30 WILL BE ASSESSED PER RETURNED CHECK. THE SCHOOL MAY REQUIRE THAT FUTURE PAYMENTS BE MADE BY BANK CERTIFIED CHECKS ONLY.

THE COST OF TUITION, REGISTRATION AND BOOK FEES CHARGED BY ETI ARE LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT.


REFUND POLICY LANGUAGE-QUARTERS
A.  A Student who cancels in writing within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement receives all monies returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee.

B.  Thereafter, a student will be liable for:
1.  the non-refundable registration fee plus
2.  the cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
3.  tuition liability as of the student’s last date of physical attendance. Tuition liability is divided by the number of quarters in the program. Total tuition liability is limited to the quarter during which the student withdrew or was terminated, and any previous quarters completed.

*If a student withdraws during the second quarter, the school must use the "First Quarter" schedule unless the school can demonstrate that no significant educational change has occurred in the program as of the student's last date of attendance. See the Student Disclosure Notice (BPSS-114).

Note: The refund may be more or less depending on existing contracts between the School and any City, State, and/or Federal agencies providing financial assistance to the student; or if the accrediting agency refund policy results in a greater refund.
