This online program offers training for the following:

  • Office 2016 offers a suite of applications that helps businesses and end users automate common tasks such as creating documents, spreadsheets, and e-mail messages; managing projects and diagrams; and collaborating with others.

  • Projects are used in Asana for Web to organize the tasks needed to reach your organization’s goals, complete an initiative, and manage workflows.

  • Circuit for Web features a number of tools to schedule, host, and manage your meetings. Learn to create conference bridges, start and join conference calls, and use the share and file tools to interact with other participants in a meeting.

  • Properly managing sales data is vital to making a profit. Discover how to use Dynamics 365 for Sales to generate and customize reports, create charts, and import and export sales data.

  • Get started using FreeMind, and explore the interface. Discover how to navigate and search a document, configure the display and interface, and customize keyboard shortcuts.

  • JIRA is a Java platform offering capabilities such as bug tracking, issue tracking, tasks, and project management.

  • Jive-n allows you to stay on top of the news in your company, your departments and your projects. See how to sign in to Jive-n, set up your profile and interface preferences, and find and follow company co-workers and colleagues.

  • Get started using MindManager and discover how to create; manage; illustrate; add tables, charts, data markers & tags to; format & present Mind Maps.

  • Build a presentation with Prezi. Discover how to create and open a presentation; import a PowerPoint presentation; use built-in presentations; work with frames, layouts, and text; and change the order of steps in a presentation path.

  • Properly managing sales data is vital to making a profit. Discover how to use Salesforce to create reports; manage leads; import leads, accounts, and contacts; export data; and delete records.

  • Slack breaks barriers and empowers organizations to communicate globally or privately. Explore Slack’s private messaging, including message formatting, reactions, interaction management, and calling contacts.

  • Tableau transforms data into interactive visualizations with an easy-to-use drag-and-drop interface, allowing users to clearly and efficiently comprehend data.

  • Trello is a web-based project management collaboration tool.

This program is self-paced. Self-paced programs create a unique learning experience that allows students to learn independently and at a pace that best suits them.

Duration: 110 Hours

Prerequisites: HS diploma/GED, basic computer skills and familiarity with the internet
